 Helping Hands on Sat. Dec. 14 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Our parishioners provide the opportunities… our youth make it happen!

How it works... parishioners sign up for jobs they need to have done such as raking, mowing, cleaning or light repair. On the 2nd Saturday of each month our middle and high school youth along with adult chaperones meet at the church and then go to a home to do a job that needs done. Any donation will go toward Social Concerns in the parish.. Sign up online CLICK HERE or at the Youth Ministry Table to volunteer or request help.

Helping Hands meets the Second Saturday of each month
Call Carole Peters at 639-6712 with any questions.

Would you or your family like to light the candles for the Advent Wreath this season?

Sign up for one of the spots at the Welcome table in the Commons and arrive at that mass 20 minutes before that Mass begins. Check in with the prayer leader for that mass in the Sacristy so they can explain what you will do. Thanks so much for being a part of this season of preparation for the coming of our Lord more deeply into our lives!

Angel Tree Outreach

Beginning next weekend during all the Masses you can select an Angel that represents a person in need this Christmas. Angels range in age from children to the elderly, and each angel holds a wish list of items they would like and you can choose what to give from that list. Be sure to fill out and leave the identification card for each Angel so we can keep track of who is getting gifts for the person. The card can be put in the parish mail slot if you missed returning it at the Mass. If you won’t be there for the angel distribution, remaining angels will be available at the table near the library. All directions are on the angels and you are ask to return all gifts to the Masses on Dec. 7 & 8 to ensure delivery in time for Christmas. If you cannot make those Masses be sure to return the gifts before Dec. 7 to the parish office. Questions? Contact the parish office at 639-6712.

Mark Your Calendars for the Christmas Fiesta! Fri. Dec. 13, 7-9 p.m.

Join your parish family and our sister parish of Good Samaritan guests for a gathering of prayer, fun and fellowship! The evening will begin with music and prayer including the rosary in English and Spanish followed by a Nativity Play featuring children and youth. After the play we will enjoy food and fun in the Commons, including piñatas for the children and a visit from St. Nicholas. There is no cost, donations will be accepted, but we do need an RSVP from those who plan to attend to ensure we have enough food for all.
