Youth Ministry Events

 Consider becoming a Catechist:

Planning will soon be underway for the year and we are still in need of: 1 catechist for PreK-K, 2 for Grades 2/3, 2 for Grades 4/5, 2 for High School, 3 for Sacraments of Children’s First Reconciliation and First Eucharist; and 2 for Youth First Reconciliation and First Eucharist. All you need is a love of the faith and desire to share that with our children. All materials, and training will be provided. If you are interested you can sign up below...

Youth Groups are Happening!

Attention Middle and High School Youth… Come be a kid and party all summer long! Middle School meets each Tuesday and High School meets each Thursday from 7:30-9 p.m. First week: Slip ‘n Slide wiffle ball! Sign up at the Youth Ministry table in the Commons. Questions? Contact Carole Peters: 639-6712 or

Saturday, Aug. 12 is the Next Helping Hands - where our parishioners are helped by youth and they help the youth in turn.

How it works... our youth meet at the church and then go to a parishioner's home to do a job that needs to be done. Or do you have a neighbor that needs tasks done at their home? Any donation given will go toward social justice outreach by our youth. NEEDS: we really need parishioners with jobs to be done along with VIRTUS-trained adult chaperones. All youth middle school age and older are welcome to participate. SIGN UP ONLINE:CLICK HERE or at the clipboard on the Children and Youth Ministry table in the Commons.
