What is the Manna Program?

What is Manna?
Manna is a program that raises money for St. Gabriel’s. Many merchants participate in the program by allowing you to purchase merchant debit cards that are used like cash at the merchants’ places of business or through their catalog if applicable.
   The merchants give St. Gabriel’s a percentage of the cost of the merchant debit cards.
Buying Manna is the same as buying the merchant debit card from the merchant; it’s worth the amount you pay for it. You can purchase Manna in advance and use it at your convenience.

What does Manna cost?
You purchase the Manna for the face value of the gift card or certificate. There is no additional cost to you and St. Gabriel’s receives a percentage of the total cost of your Manna purchase.
If you already shop at a participating merchant, then using Manna is the same as paying cash to the merchant.
   You can purchase Manna to be used as gifts for others. The merchant debit cards are exactly the same as you would buy from the merchant.

How can I buy Manna?

There is a table set up in the Commons where the Manna is sold before and after every mass on the weekends. You can also purchase it from the parish office during office hours. We carry a large inventory of Manna each week. You can also special order merchant debit cards from a larger list of merchants available at the Manna table.
